Hi-5 - Share Your Lists

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hi-5, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post. We prohibit illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove any list that violates our community guidelines.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the lists you create. However, by posting publicly, you grant Hi-5 a license to display and distribute your content to other users.

4. Cloning & Hi-5s

When you publicly share a list, you acknowledge that other users can 'Hi-5' (clone) it to create their own versions. This is a core part of the Hi-5 collaborative experience.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our terms or engage in malicious behavior.
